SNOW PLOW TRUCK OPERATOR

EnJay, a locally-owned lawn care and snow removal company based in Lakeville, MN is on the hunt for dependable and hard-working Snow Plow Truck Operators to serve our residential and commercial clients. We believe in rewarding relevant experience with competitive pay and ensuring a hassle-free work environment by providing high quality, newer trucks with plows and other snow removal equipment. Experience is a plus, but if you bring the right attitude, we’ll handle the training.
Duties include operating snow removal equipment such as:

Pickups equipped with plows or salters to clear the way.

Snowblowers to power through layers of snow.

Skid steers for heavy-duty snow removal.

Good old-fashioned shoveling when needed.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to reach our equipment yard in Lakeville, MN on time. We’ve got the trucks to take you to and from work sites.
- Flexibility to tackle those snowy days, which could mean working nights and weekends. Safety is a priority and we will pull crews during in dangerous extreme cold and snow conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds of snow or salt bags.
- Follow service timelines and operational plans set by our operations manager.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Perform quality work with respect to company equipment and client’s property.
- Experience is a plus, but remember, we’re willing to train the right person.
Winter hours are on-call, depending on when the snow decides to fall or accumulated snow or ice removal/prevention is needed. You will receive a text or phone call when needed with as much notice as possible, as the weather forecast and snow fall timing allows.
