ABOUT OUR RESIDENTIAL IRRIGATION SERVICES

We have fifteen years of irrigation experience servicing commercial and residential properties.

Residential Properties Serviced: Please note that as of April of 2024, we now only service residential properties that either comprise several units in one location and/or are part of a homeowners association (HOA).  We continue to service Commercial properties as well.  If you reside in such a setting or are a property management company, we’re here to help with your lawn care and irrigation needs. Our trained and certified staff offers:

Irrigation Start-ups & Winterization/Blowouts

In the Spring, we check the timer operation, alignment & condition of spray heads & drip hoses, zone operation, & backflow preventer if needed.  During winterization, we turn off the water supply, blow out all irrigation lines to prevent freezing or damage & removing the backflow preventer if applicable.  Note that our irrigation services are offered to our seasonal customers as a part of a lawn maintenance contract and not as a standalone service.

Service & Repair

For our Irrigation Start-up and Blowout customers, EnJay can continue to maintain and repair your sprinkler system as needed.  Here are a few of the services EnJay offers for existing systems:

  • Replace damaged sprinkler heads
  • Resolve controller programming issues
  • Installation of rain sensors to provide hands-off efficiency (rain sensors will automatically shut off sprinklers when it rains)
  • Installation of sprinkler system smart controller
  • Adjust sprinkler head placement to maximize effectiveness

While our home base is in Lakeville, we service residential HOA and commercial properties throughout the Twin Cities area, including Minneapolis and St. Paul.  Below is a list of some of the other cities we cover.  If you don’t see your city on this list, just ask!  Note that our irrigation services are only available to seasonal clients that also take advantage of our lawn care and/or snow services.
